Note: All orders are processed on Mondays. If you have an urgent order, please WhatsApp us.


🚚Standard Delivery (DHL/GDex/SPX)

  1. RM10
  2. 2-5 working days
  3. Peninsula Malaysia only (contact us for quotes to other areas)


📦Large Item Delivery (Lalamove/ Grab Express)

  1. Fees will be quoted after checkout (estimated to be around RM20++)
  2. We will reach out to arrange a delivery time and/or location
  3. Limited to bulky items and within Klang Valley only


🙋Pickup from Vitamin C Club

  1. Free
  2. Choose from the available time slots at checkout. Your selected pickup time is not final. We’ll contact you after your purchase to confirm the details. As we're not always at the studio, we appreciate your flexibility!
  3. You're welcome to collect your order in person or arrange your own delivery rider



Packaging


🔄️Our Commitment to Sustainability

In addition to practicing low-waste production in our studio, we reuse packing materials (e.g. bubble wrap, foam, inflated air cushion) whenever possible. When new materials are used, we choose recyclable or biodegradable options only.


♻️Recycling Your Packaging

We all know boxes and paper materials can be recycled, but did you know bubble wrap can be recycled too?

If you can't reuse them, we highly encourage you to recycle them at these collection points that specifically accept bubble wrap.

  2. PJ Eco Recycling Plaza
  3. Zero Waste Earth Store
  4. Or you can pass clean bubble wraps for us to reuse!

Exchange & Return Policy


All exchanges/returns are subject to inspection & approval by their respective makers.

Exchanges/Returns will only be entertained if:

  1. Item received is not what you ordered
  2. Item received has a production or material defect not caused by mishandling by the buyer within 30 days of receiving your order


❗Important: We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind or buyer's remorse.

Each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind - while there may be similarities in overall look, please expect variations in dimensions and details. We encourage you to visit our shop in person for the clearest expectations before purchasing.

Please view all photos and read product descriptions carefully. We list all important details to help you make an informed decision before purchase. You are also welcome to visit our physical shop to view items in person.


⚠️Damaged Items

We pack each piece with great care using secure materials to prevent movement during shipping. So far, our successful delivery rate is 100% 🫡

In the rare event your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 working days and include clear photos of the damage. We'll review each case individually and work towards a fair resolution.
